Experian Consumer Services
Product Design Manager / June 2025 - Present
Manages and mentors a team of designers driving platform architecture and design for Experian’s consumer-facing app.
Serves as design lead for the Experience Orchestration domain which includes design systems, server-driven UI (SDUI), navigation, and information architecture.
Owns quarterly revenue and engagement outcomes for the Experian app, aligning design strategy with business objectives.
Shapes and executes multi-year vision strategy for the app, guiding long-term product and design direction.
Elevates team practices by improving workflows, Figma standards, design storytelling, and visual design expertise.
Product Design Lead, Platform / January 2022 - June 2025
Led design and product strategy for Experian’s app and website (22M+ users), delivering $200M revenue growth in one quarter through messaging center optimizations.
Directed the Experience Architecture domain (IA, design systems, global features, notifications, support) while managing and mentoring senior designers on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Drove human-centered practices, partnering with research and engineering to integrate insights & accessibility standards, streamline handoffs, and improve product strategy and experience.

Over the past 8 years, I've designed experiences for 22 million users, led talented teams, and helped drive meaningful business impact. I've worked across healthcare, fintech, and enterprise platforms, direct to consumer and B2B, but what excites me most is solving complex problems in ways that feel simple and human.
I believe great design happens when you combine strategic thinking with genuine curiosity about people.
Based in Cleveland, Ohio, I'm equal parts strategist and maker. I’m constantly baking, I can’t say no to a good thrift store, and my 3 cats are always judging my Figma files.
